About the hospital:

A qualified Nurse with RMN, RGN or RNLD qualification is required to work in a neuro rehabilitation centre in Crewe. The centre specialising on delivering rehabilitation and care for working age adults with a variety of conditions including complex and stroke. The multidisciplinary team will support you to work with your patients through neuro rehabilitation programmes tailored for each individual. Patients are supported all the way throughout their rehab process with goals set based in the things they personally would like to achieve and the whole team come together to help the patient realise their full potential as well providing care and support.

The working environment is like a family, and staff there have long average employment durations with the company due to a wonderful and experienced manager. This is an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary setting with all the support for your patients in place, as well the opportunity to work long term with your neurological patients and support them.

About the role

We are looking for a high-quality, supportive and caring nurses to assist our lovely patients. You will ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care by following company policy and monitoring outcomes, working closely alongside the Ward Sisters and fellow nurses.

The chosen individual must be an experienced Nurse with an active PIN and a clean DBS.

• Qualified Nurse
• Active PIN with no restrictions
• Employment references covering the last 3 years
