The Role

You will:

• Deliver person-centred care through structured rehabilitation and support plans

• Support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and emotional wellbeing

• Work closely with clinical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care delivery

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

• Experienced in mental health, residential care, or complex care (beneficial but not essential)

• Calm, caring, and empathetic, with strong communication skills

• Reliable, motivated, and genuinely committed to supporting vulnerable adults

Essential Requirements:

• Clear DBS registered on the Update Service

• Valid mandatory training certificates, including safeguarding adults and children

• Valid PMVA certificate
