We’re Hiring Support Workers (Ex-Offender Supported Living) in Bolton!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a caseload of around 7 customers plus floating support clients
• Creating and delivering personalised support plans focused on rehabilitation and independence
• Supporting clients with life skills, employment opportunities, and securing long-term housing
• Working closely with probation services and external agencies (mental health, drug & alcohol services, GPs)
• Maintaining clear, accurate records and ensuring safeguarding standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing a caseload of up to 10 clients in housing or floating support roles
• Background working with vulnerable adults – ideally ex-offenders
• Strong understanding of tenancy sustainment, housing systems, and support pathways
• Confident working independently and handling complex situations with resilience
• Experience supporting clients with substance misuse, mental health, or domestic abuse backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Strong team player with solid IT and record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management procedures

Desirable:

• Experience liaising with probation services and multi-agency teams
• Relevant qualifications in social care, housing support, or related fields
