We’re Hiring Support Workers (Ex-Offender Supported Living) in Bolton!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a caseload of around 7 customers plus floating support clients
- Creating and delivering personalised support plans focused on rehabilitation and independence
- Supporting clients with life skills, employment opportunities, and securing long-term housing
- Working closely with probation services and external agencies (mental health, drug & alcohol services, GPs)
- Maintaining clear, accurate records and ensuring safeguarding standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing a caseload of up to 10 clients in housing or floating support roles
- Background working with vulnerable adults – ideally ex-offenders
- Strong understanding of tenancy sustainment, housing systems, and support pathways
- Confident working independently and handling complex situations with resilience
- Experience supporting clients with substance misuse, mental health, or domestic abuse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong team player with solid IT and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management procedures
Desirable:
- Experience liaising with probation services and multi-agency teams
- Relevant qualifications in social care, housing support, or related fields
