Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary care? We are seeking a confident and capable Band 8A ANP to join a busy GP practice in Barking & Dagenham.

Start ASAP | 4-Month Contract | Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Rates: £40.60 – £64.96 per hour (depending on shift)

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based care to the local community.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in primary care

  • Confident in advanced assessments and autonomous decision-making

  • Proficient in using EMIS

  • Able to support the Lead GP and Practice Manager with clinical and operational tasks

  • Skilled in processing blood test results, prescriptions, and related documentation

In this role, you will:

  • Provide both clinical care and team leadership within the practice

  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead GP, Head of Nursing and Practice Manager

  • Chair and contribute to multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings

  • Support and develop the nursing team

  • Lead on the delivery of services tailored to the needs of the patient population

  • Help ensure clinical targets and standards are met

Shift Rates:

  • Weekdays (Day): £40.60/hr

  • Nights / Saturdays: £52.79/hr

  • Sundays / Bank Holidays: £64.96/hr
