Hours: 40 per week
Salary: Starting from £25 per hour
Location: Basingstoke
About the home:
A purpose built Nursing and Residential Care Home. We have 53 beds over 3 Floors.
About the role
We are looking for a supportive and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to support the day to day running’s our nursing home. You will ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care by following company policy and monitoring outcomes, working closely alongside the Home Manager and overall deputising in their absence.
The chosen individual must be an experienced Nurse with an active PIN and have previous Deputy Manager experience.
What our client needs from you:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager/Clinical lead
- Qualified Nurse
- Willing to work on the nursing floor
