Your Role:

As an RMN, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe and effective care by:

• Providing high-quality mental health nursing support to service users
• Developing positive therapeutic relationships with patients
• Supporting recovery-focused care plans and treatment goals
• Administering medication and completing clinical assessments
• Recognising changes in presentation and responding appropriately
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records in line with professional standards

What You’ll Need:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• At least 1 year’s UK experience as an RMN
• Previous experience working in a mental health setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, compassionate and professional approach
• Clear DBS on the Update Service
• Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
• Valid PMVA Certificate
