We’re recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team supporting service users at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke, a specialist mental health hospital near Weston-super-Mare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated RMN to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a specialist mental health setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:

• Provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users with complex mental health needs
• Assess, plan, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medication safely in line with NMC standards and local policies
• Monitor service users’ wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes in their needs
• Work collaboratively with nurses, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate clinical records and promote dignity, respect and recovery-focused care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Minimum of 1 year’s UK experience working as an RMN
• Experience within mental health settings
• Strong communication, organisation and clinical skills
• A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
• Clear DBS on the Update Service
• Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
• Valid PMVA Certificate
