We’re looking for compassionate Mental Health Support Workers (MHSWs) to join our team supporting service users at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke, a specialist mental health hospital near Weston-super-Mare.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting service users with their daily routines and recovery goals
• Providing emotional support and promoting wellbeing
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Encouraging independence, dignity and positive outcomes
• Working closely with nurses and clinicians to deliver safe, person-centred care
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for all service users

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in mental health or healthcare is beneficial but not essential
• A compassionate, patient and professional approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting people with mental health needs
• Clear DBS on the Update Service
• Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
• Valid PMVA Certificate
