NursLink are recruiting for a Part-Time Retirement Living Assistant to support the day to day delivery of housing management services across retirement living schemes in Watford, Bushey, South Oxhey and Ruislip.

This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time midweek work, with a total of 16 hours spread across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday until 04/08. If you have experience in housing associations, social housing, tenancy services, resident services, housing administration, property management or retirement living, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting tenancy-related administration, maintaining accurate records, coordinating repairs and helping ensure schemes are safe, compliant and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors
• Support housing management and tenancy administration activities
• Maintain accurate records and confidential resident information
• Log and monitor repairs and maintenance requests
• Carry out regular scheme inspections and report health and safety concerns
• Liaise with contractors and service providers
• Promote resident engagement and communication
• Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to maintain records
• Travel between schemes as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Background in housing administration, tenancy services, resident services or housing management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience working with older or vulnerable residents
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience within a Housing Association, Retirement Living or Sheltered Housing setting
• Housing, care or support-related qualification (desirable)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety procedures (desirable)
