NursLink is seeking a Night Concierge and Security Assistant to join our team at Carlisle Foyer, providing supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in supported housing, children’s homes, or mental health support.

Key Details:

• Location: 105–119 Botcherby Avenue, Carlisle, CA1 2TT

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Duration: 12 weeks (Temp-to-Perm opportunity available)

• Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Sunday shift pattern

• Pay Rate: £14.48/hour 

• DBS: Enhanced for children and adults

• Training: Safeguarding adults and children required

About the Role:

• Support residents to progress with their Personalised Housing Pathway Plan

• Help young people access employment, education, and training opportunities

• Signpost residents to community and mental wellbeing resources

• Deliver in-house activities including ‘My Tenancy Matters’ pre-tenancy course, cooking on a budget, and social trips

Who You Are:

• Experienced in supported housing, mental health, or children’s services

• DBS enhanced for children and adults

• Knowledgeable in safeguarding responsibilities

• Passionate about supporting young people to gain independence and thrive
