What You’ll Be Doing
- Running 1:1 sessions with residents, supporting their journey to independent living.
- Helping young adults access education, training, and employment opportunities.
- Supporting with tenancy-related matters, budgeting, and daily living skills.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing admin tasks (Word, Excel, CRM).
- Ensuring health, safety, and safeguarding standards are always met.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting vulnerable people, young adults, or families (essential).
- Knowledge of safeguarding adults and children (essential).
- Background in supported housing, children’s homes, or mental health services (ideal).
- Awareness of trauma-informed and mental health support approaches.
- Strong admin and IT skills with confidence handling reports and systems.
Shifts
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday on a rota.
Two fixed-term roles:
- 1 x until 7th October
- 1 x until 31st October
