NursLink are delighted to be recruiting for a CQC Registered Manager to lead an established Supported Living service in Camden. This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for a passionate and driven care leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and making a genuine difference to people’s lives.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, shape service delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other complex support requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Deliver safe, effective and person-centred services
  • Manage recruitment, staffing, supervision and performance management
  • Oversee safeguarding, risk management and health & safety compliance
  • Manage referrals, occupancy levels and tenancy sustainment
  • Monitor budgets, resources and service performance
  • Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and service development
  • Support customers to achieve independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
  • Experience managing a Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or similar regulated service
  • Experience in a management role within a CQC-regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve service performance
  • Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
  • Eligibility to meet CQC Registered Manager requirements

Desirable

  • Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
  • Formal qualification in care, support, housing or social care management
  • Experience working with commissioners and local authority partners
