NursLink are delighted to be recruiting for a CQC Registered Manager to lead an established Supported Living service in Camden. This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for a passionate and driven care leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and making a genuine difference to people’s lives.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, shape service delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other complex support requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred services
- Manage recruitment, staffing, supervision and performance management
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management and health & safety compliance
- Manage referrals, occupancy levels and tenancy sustainment
- Monitor budgets, resources and service performance
- Build relationships with commissioners, local authorities and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and service development
- Support customers to achieve independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
- Experience managing a Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or similar regulated service
- Experience in a management role within a CQC-regulated environment
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve service performance
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
- Eligibility to meet CQC Registered Manager requirements
Desirable
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- Formal qualification in care, support, housing or social care management
- Experience working with commissioners and local authority partners
