Recruitment Resourcer
Join the Team at NursLink!
Full-Time in office | Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm
20 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to launch (or grow) your career in recruitment? At NursLink, we’re not just another healthcare staffing provider – we’re a fast-growing, supportive team that values initiative, teamwork, and personal development. We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join us on our mission to deliver high-quality care by connecting the right people to the right roles.
This isn’t just a job — it’s your opportunity to build a meaningful career in healthcare recruitment.
Why You’ll Love Working with Us
Consistent hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm — no evenings or weekends
Your time matters: 20 days holiday, plus all bank holidays off, and your birthday off every year
Supportive environment: You’ll be part of a friendly, driven team that believes in collaboration and celebrating success
Room to grow: We’ll support your development with on-the-job training, one-to-one guidance, and opportunities to progress
Make an impact: Play a key role in helping deliver exceptional care by finding and supporting top healthcare professionals
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of our candidate experience — building strong relationships, identifying top talent, and supporting the recruitment team from first contact to onboarding.
Your day-to-day will include:
Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, CRM systems, social media, and referrals
Reviewing CVs and assessing candidate suitability for live roles
Conducting initial telephone interviews with a friendly, confident approach
Building and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline
Supporting the compliance process by collecting and managing onboarding documentation
Learning and using client booking platforms and candidate checklists
Collaborating with consultants to meet hiring needs and exceed service expectations
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to come from a recruitment background — we’re more interested in your attitude, potential, and willingness to learn. If you’re a strong communicator, naturally organised, and ready to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.
Ideal skills and experience:
Some recruitment, resourcing, or administrative experience (preferred, not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident speaking on the phone and building relationships with candidates
Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced team
Your Next Step Starts Here
This is more than just a resourcer role — it’s a chance to grow with a team that genuinely cares about what they do, and about each other. Whether you’re looking to start your recruitment journey or step up into something more rewarding, NursLink is the place to do it.
