NursLink is looking for experienced RMNs to support service users at Priory Hospital Woking, a specialist mental health hospital providing recovery-focused care.

Whether you’re looking to pick up extra shifts, work around your existing commitments or gain more experience in a specialist environment, this role gives you the flexibility to choose shifts that work for you.

The shifts?
Flexible day and night shifts are available, giving you the opportunity to build agency work around your availability.

The pay?
£22.00 per hour PAYE, with weekly pay. You’ll also have a dedicated NursLink booking consultant to support you with your shifts, as well as ongoing revalidation support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing safe, high-quality mental health nursing care to service users
• Building positive and therapeutic relationships with patients
• Supporting recovery-focused care plans and treatment goals
• Administering medication and carrying out clinical assessments
• Recognising changes in presentation and responding appropriately
• Working alongside the wider multidisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Supporting a safe, respectful and positive environment for service users

What we’re looking for:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• At least 1 year’s UK experience as an RMN
• Previous experience working in a mental health setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, compassionate and professional approach
• A clear DBS on the Update Service
• Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
• Valid PMVA Certificate
