We’re hiring Registered Care Managers to lead services for older people, adults with mental health needs, and those with learning disabilities. One role is temporary, the other is temp-to-perm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support staff, fostering a positive, high-performing culture.

• Recruit, induct, and develop colleagues to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

• Oversee service operations, compliance, and CQC standards.

• Manage housing operations: voids, allocations, tenancy sustainment, income management, and repairs.

• Produce reports, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets.

• Engage residents in co-production and continuous service improvement.

• Build relationships with stakeholders, local authorities, and partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing a registered service for older people, mental health, or learning disabilities.

• Proven people management and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of CQC requirements and ability to act as a Registered Manager.

• Strong organisational and IT skills.

• Empathetic, resilient, and solution-focused.

• (Desirable) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent.

Bonus if You Drive: Travel across multiple sites may be required.
